Coleslaw
Ah, The Taste of Summer |

Ok, every barbecue needs a great bowl of coleslaw and here's a
recipe that will fill the bill.
Our suggestion, make this a day in advance, marinating it
overnight in the fridge. It's perfect for any barbecue!
1/2 cup
white vinegar
1/4 cup
balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup
sugar
1 teaspoon
salt
1 chopper
green pepper
1/4
teaspoon celery seed
1/2
teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup
vegetable oil
8 cups
shredded cabbage, half red and half green
1/4 cup
very finely chopped sweet onion
Mix together vinegars, sugar, salt, celery seed, pepper and
vegetable oil. Then toss together with cabbage and onion.
